  • If you’ve never been to a yoga class, or find it difficult to touch your toes, no worries! We got your covered. All of the yoga classes I’ve created were developed to move slowly, softly and encourage you to go deeper into your breath to deepen your practice.

    All of the classes are more relaxed than a typical yoga class, within minimal high-intensity movements. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start off your practice or an ‘expert’ who wants to slowly move to welcome in strength, each class is meant for everyone.

    All bodies are welcome to practice.

  • Reiki is a traditional healing practice rooted in Japanese origins. By integrating a gentle ‘laying of the hands’ with ancient singing bowls, you’ll step into a calm, centred state — the ‘rest + digest’ nature of the parasympathetic nervous system — to heal the body.

    Energy shifts on both cellular and physical levels for you to find peace.

  • When kids are in disregulated emotional states they feel the frustation of the moment rise up, zone out, get angry or sad, become distracted, and feel out of sorts. They are unaware of how to let go of this built up energy and find their breath again. These sessions provide your child with the space to find ease in their bodies again.

    This work is designed for all kids to root into creativity, and find ease in their day.

    During sessions, we’ll move, meditate, and breathe to let it all go. Your child will leave these sessions with a toolbox of ways to regulate their emotions, breathe into their happy place and find ease in their day. Together, we’ll learn that by moving our bodies, we can regulate our emotions, and find peace within.

  • Take time for yourself. After a session, you may feel tired as your body has received deep nourishment and healing from the session. I suggest spending time out living with the Earth, resting, journalling, and nourishing your body with foods that fuel your soul. Give yourself time to reflect and restore from the session. Please refrain from alcohol/recreational drugs at least 48 hours after a session together.

  • Each reiki + sound bath or yoga session is one hour in length. With the deep healing that occurs during a session, if you require a few minutes after a session to reflect please take your time. There is a 15-minute grace period to encourage calmness and reflection as we welcome your body, mind and soul into this new transformed being.

    Youth Movement and Meditation classes are 45-minutes.

  • All payments will be processed through Square. A deposit is required to book your session. If you require a payment plan, please contact us.
