    Root into the practice

    Today's practice focuses on your root, your foundation. As your awareness flows to the root, observe how the body feels, the sensations that arise, the emotions that flow in and out of the root, and welcome in moments of grace and ease as the root expands into the inner knowing that you are safe, supported and protected in this space, in your community, in this world.

  • Supportive body scan

    Today’s practice invites you to nurture your body through a supportive body scan. Imagine the setting sun, the light of the moon, the stars and stardust cascading through the sky. Imagine the grass growing from the earth, the flowers blooming, the trees swaying in the wind.

    As you imagine the nourishment received from the Earth, observe the physical senastions that flow through your being, inviting a calm nourishing energy to flow through your body, to nurture and honour your being.

  • Simply sound

    Today's practice is simply sound; tune into the symphony of sound that flows through your space and invites you to connect with whatever is here for you to today.

  • Make space

    Today’s practice invites you to tune into the sacred heart and make space for all parts of your beautiful being. As you observe the sacred heart, invite in the light, the darkness, the calm and stress, the love and unease that flows through you. Call all the parts of you into this space, and know that here in this place you are invited to make space for all parts of you to open and breathe into harmony within your being.

    Invite your third eye to open to connect with your intution and observe what messages of guidance and support are here for you to today.

    Whatever words of intention/affirmation rise to the surface, Take a few deep breaths, and just listen. Listen to how your body responds to these affirmations, what thoughts come up, and what it feels like to breathe into this new frequency.

  • Intution

    Tune into your intution. When we follow our intution, when we listen to the inner workings of our soul, of the magic that energetically flows through this world, we connect with our highest self and truly live the life we love to lead

  • Third eye opening

    The wisdom that fills the third eye is an invitation for you to trust your breath, your body, your mind, your soul. As we open to trusting our inner knowledge we tap into the inner connectedness that is our phsyical, emotional and energetic bodies
